Marko Sipka. Director-Producer and editor. His films has participated in various international film festivals including 'Doclisboa in Lisbon, Portugal; Istanbul International Film Festival' in Turkey; 'Sarajevo Film Festival'; Cypress International Film Festival’; Shortini Film Festival' in Augusta, Italy; 'One World Film Festival' in Brussels, Belgium; Beldocs Film Festival in Belgrade, and others. In 2010, he won the award for Best Fiction Short Film at the 'Duka Fest' International Film Festival, Bosnia-Herzegovina. He obtained his bachelors degree in Film and Television Directing from the Academy of Arts Banja Luka. In 2014, he completed the Erasmus Mundus Master’s program in Documentary Film Directing, which took place at three European universities: Luca School of Arts in Brussels, Belgium; Universidade Lusofona de Humanidades e Tecnologias in Lisbon, Portugal; and Film and Theatre School of Budapest in Hungary. He also attended documentary film workshops such as Atelier Varan Paris in Belgrade, Serbia; NisiMasa in Malmo, Sweden; Oslo International Summer School in Norway; American Film Showcase in Los Angeles, United States and Berlinale Docs Station among others. He is a member of the Association of Film Workers of BiH a and a member of the alumni association Docnomads. He is the founder of Kabinet 101 and the director of Cinema Parallels film festival. Currently he is professor of documentary film at the Academy of Arts, University of Banja Luka.
